Park City Kimball Arts Festival
The 47th Annual Park City Kimball Arts Festival returns to Park City August 12-14, 2016.  The Kimball Art Center is the heart of Park City’s historic and vibrant arts community. They are a non-profit center for the arts, committed to engaging individuals of all ages in diverse and inspiring experiences through education, exhibitions and events.  The Park City Kimball Arts Festival serves as the primary fundraiser for the Kimball Art Center each year. Proceeds from the Festival enable the Kimball Art Center to provide, free of charge, year-round art exhibitions, gallery tours, monthly “Art Talks” and to offer art education outreach to teachers, students and our community. We proudly support the Kimball Arts Center and we hope you'll enjoy the Kimball Arts Festival!

Be sure to stop in Prewitt Gallery, we're located near the bottom of Main Street at 570 Main St, next to the Golden Bear Bench to check out our next collection of limited release images.  We'll be offering special rates in honor the Festival as well.

Here's a few more things to do over Art Festival weekend.
  • Friday, August 12th
FREE Screening - Approximately 9pm at City Park
Sundance Film Festival Screening:  Sonita / Germany, Iran, Switzerland (Director: Rokhsareh Ghaem Maghami) — If 18-year-old Sonita had a say, Michael Jackson and Rihanna would be her parents and she’d be a rapper who tells the story of Afghan women and their fate as child brides. She finds out that her family plans to sell her to an unknown husband for $9,000.  FREE movie under the stars.

  • Saturday, August 13th
The Deer Valley Music Festival presents Brandi Carlile who has forged an incredible relationship with Utah audiences with sellout after sellout.  Since her heralded, genre-defying 2005 Columbia debut, Carlile and her indispensable collaborators, Tim and Phil Hanseroth, aka The Twins, have always offered listeners both control and abandon, often within a single song.  Pack a picnic and enjoy music in the mountains of Park City.  GET TICKETS
